Handing the tennis ball to their teammate really increases the difficulty of the plank as your body becomes much less stable, causing the core to work #overttime 👌

Core strength is a vitally important, and often overlooked, component to a well designed training program. We are sure to hit the core multiple times every session that the athletes are in 👊
