The eliteFIT Philosophy

The eliteFIT philosophy is simple - get stronger, move better, be healthier.  We want consistent progress, not miracles.  Every workout is a full body workout. 

 

During each workout, will you lift weights?  Yes. 

 

Do low rep sets?  Yes. 

 

High rep sets?  Yes. 

 

Bodyweight/resistance band sets?  Yes. 

 

High-intensity interval set to get the heart rate up and metabolism firing?  Yes.

We believe all of these are critical elements to a complete workout, so we include elements of these in every workout. 

The eliteFIT Program

We offer personalized group training - every workout is designed to accommodate all fitness levels

  • STRENGTH WORKOUTS - 45-minute full-body workout focusing on strength and movement quality with a finishing high-intensity circuit to ramp up the metabolism and burn body fat.  These workouts are offered on Monday and Wednesday.

  • SWEAT WORKOUTS - 30-minute high-intensity interval circuit to increase overall fitness and burn body fat.  These workouts are offered on Fridays.

I'm sad to say the reason I started was because my work uniforms pants were so tight, I had to lay on my bed to get them buttoned. I am happy to say my pants fit very comfortably!  I love the workouts. Before coming to Elite, the only form of exercise I did was walk. I had no idea how to workout. I at one point joined a gym but the only thing I did was walk on the treadmill. The machines were too intimidating and I had no idea how to use them. I love the fact that we don't use machines. I've found a love for lifting weights.”

"Bobby always makes me feel like I can accomplish anything. For instance doing push ups have always been a struggle because I kept doing them wrong, but with his patience and understanding, I am finally doing the correct form of a push-up. Lots of things that I always felt I was being judged on, I never get that feeling at Elite.


 

The reason I left the other gyms was because they were too impersonal. Yes they pushed but I needed to enjoy what I was doing and I wasn't at those gyms. My husband even notices a difference in me. There is plenty of encouragement there."
