BB Split Squats for Athletes

While I love regular squats to develop maximal strength, I love to also work in split squats for athletes.

Split squats can still develop good lower body strength, but they also offer the benefits of: ✔️ Strengthening the stabalizer muscles which reduces risk for injury ✔️ Improves balance and coordination/body control
