Forward Lunge with Band

Bands are a great addition to training movements. Here we add a band to a forward lunge which adds some accommodating resistance (the resistance varies throughout the range of motion).

This increases the difficulty of the exercise along with forcing the athlete to be more explosive with their movement as the band increases tension during the concentric portion of the lift.
