3-D plyometrics involves training to be explosive in multiple planes of movement ✔️ sagital plane - forwards/backwards ✔️ frontal plane - side to side ✔️ transverse plane - rotational movements

Because sports are played in a 3-D environment (with track and cross country being the only exception) it is important to be 💪powerful and 🚀 explosive in all planes and movements
