This program is designed for younger (7-10 yrs) athletes and focuses on the following:

  • Movement & coordination

  • Balance & body control

  • Speed technique/development

  • Developing a strength foundation

  • Injury prevention

  • Developing a strong mindset and healthy habits

Single Session - $35 Package Options:

  • 4 Session Package - $130

  • 8 Session Package - $240

  • 12 Session Package - $335

  • 16 Session Package - $405 ​


Membership Options:

  • 4 Sessions/Month Membership - $94/month

  • 8 Sessions/Month Membership - $169/month

  • 12 Sessions/Month Membership - $226/month

  • 16 Sessions/Month Membership - $282/month


*Both packages and memberships can be shared/split between siblings

*Package credits have a 3 month expiration date

*Membership credits have a 1 month expiration

*Memberships require a 3 month commitment
