These clinics are for boys & girls ages 11-18, all skill levels, looking to improve their touch and become a better soccer player.
Having proficiency with all surfaces of both feet is crucial for any player to take their game to the next level. A good first touch allows a player to maintain possession, improve speed of play and have confidence on the field. We designed these clinics expecting players to get 2000+ touches on the ball while improving overall speed/quickness with and without the ball.
The majority of time spent at these sessions will consist of individual work with the ball at their feet to sharpen their touch.
The sessions will also focus on functional movements and activities that improve speed, acceleration, reaction, power and quickness.
