Ronald Boskett

Elite Football Coach

Schooling/Certification(s):

  • Delaware State University: Sports Management Bachelors Degrees

  • Lake Erie College: Pursuing Masters Degree in Business

Playing History: Played football, basketball, and ran track throughout high school. I became first-team all-conference as a DB during my senior year of high school, and was given awards such as Most Outstanding Defensive back, and was awarded Impact Athlete Honors for the state of New Jersey in 2015. After graduating from Oakcrest High School went to play for Delaware State University for 2 years starting from my Junior year of college as a walk-on and competed against West Virginia University, Florida State University, Western Michigan, and the University of Buffalo. After completing my bachelor's degree I received a scholarship to continue playing football at nearby Lake Erie College.

Coaching Experience: Started training football players in December of 2015. Trained players ranging from peewee to the professional level.

What I love most about coaching: I love helping athletes of all ages achieve their goals and watch them get better as an athlete and person each day.

When I'm not coaching I like to: Write poetry and cooking.

If I could have lunch with anyone it would be: Richard Sherman. 49ers Defensive back. His knowledge of football is extremely high and learning from his would be amazing.

Bobby Fioritto, MS

Director of Sports Performance

Hometown: From Newbury and currently live in Willoughby

Schooling/Certification(s):

  • Masters of Science in Exercise Physiology (Kent State)

  • Certified Sports Nutritionist through the ISSN

  • Certified Youth Nutrition Specialist through the IYCA

Playing History: Growing up I had an extreme passion for athletics and competition.  I participated in every sport imaginable early in my sporting career.  As I entered high school I decided to focus all my efforts on football and continued to play early into my college career.

Coaching Experience: Started Elite in 2012 and have worked with thousands of athletes ranging from youth through professional

What I love most about coaching: The relationships you develop working with your athletes.  Watching your athletes develop over the years, both on and off the field, is extremely rewarding.

When I'm not coaching I like to: Get together with family, hang out with friends, play flag football, and watch Cleveland sports (and Buckeyes).

If I could have lunch with anyone it would be: Jim Tressel.  I've always admired the way he ran his football program as he believed in having an impact on his players both on and off the field.
