facility rules
WAIVERS, ENTRY, & SUPERVISION

Every adult and every child must have a signed waiver, including siblings and spectators. No waiver, no entry. Link to waiver: https://waiver.smartwaiver.com/w/5c388e7fc80af/web/

Spectators stay in the seating and viewing areas.

Stay inside. No play, warm-ups, or loitering in the parking lot or outside.
ON THE TURF

Turf shoes or sneakers only. No cleats or spikes are allowed in the facility

Water only, in sealed or lidded bottles. No food, gum, seeds, or glass on the turf.

Decorations stay in the seating area. No confetti, glitter, streamers, or tape.
SAFETY

An adult (18+) supervises children at all times. At unstaffed events, the host or renter supervises everyone.

Weights, racks, machines, and overhead storage are off limits unless staff authorize use.

No alcohol, smoking or vaping, fireworks, open flames, or pets (service animals welcome).
TIME

Your end time is your exit time. Setup, clean-up, and leaving all happen inside your booked window.

Overtime is $50 per 15 minutes (or any part), starting one minute after your end time. No grace period.
EXITING

Clean up after yourself (trash in the garbage can, tables wiped, chairs returned).

Return party items to the storage closet. Renters take all of their own equipment.

Turn off the lights.

Lock the door and return the key to the lockbox.
