Develop MAXIMAL Back Strength with Bands


This Low Incline Row Variation is a great way to train the whole range of motion, and not simply your weakest area (the lower position) by adding accommodating resistance with the addition of the band.

As you row the DB's closer to your body, the band will add more resistance, thus making it much more challenging.

Accommodating resistance, either by adding bands or chains, is a great addition to any training program, especially for more advanced athletes.
