Focus on “controlling your controllables” or the things you have complete control over in your life and don’t dwell or focus on the things you cannot control.

Focusing on things that are out of your control are simply a waste of time and energy.

You can’t always control what happens to you in life, but you CAN control how you react to it and the attitude (positive or negative) that you choose to have towards it.
