Accommodating Resistance Rowing Variations with Chains

Here's a great way to utilize chains to provide some accommodating resistance to your basic rowing variations I love chains and use them often. They are a great way to overload the whole movement pattern rather than just overloading your weakest point. If you're looking to add variety to your routine try experimenting with chains In these videos I attached the chains to the rowing machine and as I pull the bar closer to my body, more chains are lifted off the floor which adds more weight to the lift (making it more challenging). Chains are great not only for performance, they are also a great addition if your looking to add some muscle mass and size
