Correct and Incorrect Low Incline DB Row

Coaching proper technique is crucial in order to: ✔️ Ensure safety ✔️ Get the most benefit out of the movement

A common mistake we often see at Elite is athletes not properly moving through a full range of motion and/or not properly controlling the weight.

With this low incline DB row, we want our athletes to move through the full range of motion as they drive the DB's back, followed by a strong "squeeze" with the upper back, and finish with a "slower" controlled lowering

Technique is important - NEVER overlook it!
