Recipe for ELITE SPEED


One of the 🔑 keys to speed development is "attacking the ground"

What that means is that as an athlete, any time we sprint, we need to focus on: ✔️ Good lean with torso and shins (forward lean and positive shin angle) ✔️ Knee drive up ✔️ Powerful leg extension (locking out the hip + knee)

Mastering this technique is important, but just as important is getting STRONGER as an athlete.

Getting STRONGER means you have more force behind your legs which will allow you to cover more ground with each stride.

Increase stride length = Faster Athlete
