Single Leg Contrast Training


Athletes spend much of their time on one leg, so it is important for them to train on one leg.

With this Contrast Training Method, I am working on heavier weights to develop SINGLE LEG STRENGTH followed up with a lighter and more explosive movement to train the body to turn that strength into SINGLE LEG EXPLOSIVE POWER
