Performed some contrast training this morning to work on 🚀 speed development

Superset consisted of:

☑️ Pretty heavy box step ups ☑️ Medium weight sled push ☑️ Light body weight sprints

Working through a range of weights with maximum acceleration is the best way to teach the body how to develop force

Force = Mass x Acceleration
