Blazing Speed with Contrast Training

Speed kills in athletics, so we place a large emphasis of our training on properly developing it.

One of my favorite methods for doing this is Contrast Training.

In this example we are having our athletes perform band resisted sled sprints followed up with regular body-weight sprints.

Contrast training targets neural improvements which is key for 💥 igniting athletes and teaching them how to be explosive and FAST
