Reverse Lunge w/ Slider Variation

Here is a great Reverse Lunge variation using sliders on the rear leg

Reverse lunges are a great single leg exercise that:

✔️ Improves body control and balance

✔️ Improves the stabilizing muscles (reduces risk for injury)

✔️ Improves single leg strength (which leads to improved speed)

We include single leg work in just about every training session as it is just that important for athletes
