Youth Agility Training
Movement technique is very important when it comes to developing fast athletes
We spend a lot of time with our athletes (especially our younger athletes) TEACHING them the proper way to move in order to:
✔️ Improve speed ✔️ Improve efficiency (no wasted steps or motion) ✔️ Reduce risk for injury
If athletes merely perform "speed" drills with no coaching, chances are they are just reinforcing improper or inferior movement patterns which can actually do more damage than good
Take the time to TEACH your athletes and focus on quality over quantity
