Single Leg Safety Squats with Chains
Single Leg Safety Squats are an excellent training movement for athletes:
✔️ Develop single leg strength and power ✔️ Develop balance and body control ✔️ Strengthen stabilizing muscles (reduce the risk for injury)
Chains also add to the exercise by adding accommodating resistance (adds weight to the bar, making it heavier as you rise). This forces the athlete to lift more 💥 explosively
