Youth Athlete Developing Explosive Agility


Elite Youth Athlete, Andrew Betz, working to develop explosive acceleration and change of direction (agility).

When it comes to developing explosive agility, you must: ✔️ Teach them how to move efficiently with proper technique (to increase movement efficiency)

✔️ Include maximal strength training in their program (so the athletes have more explosive power behind their movement)

In this particular example, we are working on movement technique to form good habits.
