With young athletes, it is all about establishing GOOD HABITS. We spend a lot of our time working on improving our young athletes movement technique and efficiency as it is crucial to learn this from a young age.

If they don't establish good habits, then they will establish bad habits which lead lead to inferior performance and increased risk for injury.

Learning the proper way at a young age will set the stage later for more advanced training.
